Property tax payments are due in two installments. The first installment is due March 1 and the second installment is due October 15.

Property tax payments are considered delinquent the day after the sale. Simple interest on delinquent first installment payments accrues at a 3% per annum rate through May 1, increases to 6% from May 1 through July, increases again to 9% from July 1 through October 15, and settles at a 12% per annum rate thereafter. Simple interest on delinquent second installment payments accrues at a 6% per annum rate from October 16 through January 1, and settles at a 12% per annum rate thereafter.
